The Sun came up this Morning!

Sometimes you wake up feeling like the world is your oyster.
It's a fabulous feeling to wake up and remember what was so good about yesterday even if yesterday wasn't the best day you have had.
There has to be something right?
Anything?
Okay - so you can not come up with one thing that went right?? Let me give you a few - this is my list, when I wake up on the wrong side of the bed and I gladly share it with you.

The sun came up this morning, you might not have seen it but it came up, all by itself, the air continues to swirl around you and your lungs automatically work, your heart beats, and by the way LOVES all by itself, you don't have to remind it, or make it - it just does. Flowers bloom and you are able to appreciate them - or not - its your choice. Life is a choice, it's simply up to us what we are going to focus upon or not. The more we focus upon things which feel good the more good we will get.
Have you ever noticed a day when you woke up grumpy, late, everything you touch seems to spill or break or fall and you keep saying to yourself "this day sucks" or "everything is going wrong", AND IT IS! Then you might have a giving up moment or you may just sit down and cry for a moment. Suddenly things just seem to balance and though it's not great yet, or even good, you may feel "ok" realize that OK is a lot better than before. It's all a process. We cannot make big leaps and bounds, little steps feel better and are easy to traverse. So take a little step today and realize the sun came up this morning, and will set this evening, maybe even give you a magnificent show on both occasions and you didn't have to do a thing about it but watch, enjoy, and appreciate.
Take a little step today and again tomorrow and so on, and before you realize it you will be one of those people who see the brighter side of things without even meaning to, it will be as natural as the sun coming up in the morning.
